Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid EasySpawn subscriptions sold by EasySpawn.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period already charged.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, including unused time in the current period. We do not prorate refunds for mid-cycle cancellation.

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or other exceptional cases. Contact support@easyspawn.com within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and invoice ID.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
